It's because chicks on local TV have to at least project a wholesome, friendly image. Chicks on computer apps tend to project the exact opposite.
Also, if "jugging" is being robbed while jogging, I think that's stupid and should be extremely rare. I've seen the kind of person who robs pedestrians, and they mostly seem to lack the mental fortitude to run with me, much less take my shite.
And what shite would I even bring on a jog? Do they have really solid connections to fence Barnes and Noble Chick water bottles or what?
