I love my Glock 19. I’m glad one was put to such good use. I also have a Glock 36.

With his daughter still in the truck? I can see if he was the only one in the truck but damn that’s taking a risk of killing her. Thank goodness he had good aim.

Why in the generation of the gun pertinent to the story?

I think your tendency toward legal pedanticism has caused you to lose the thread, which is that a man who raped a child met swift justice. That is good.

Are we not supposed to talk about the legalities involved when a thread specifically about a prosecution is created?

People ask why is this man being prosecuted or implying this man should not be prosecuted

I respond this is why the man is being prosecuted

They respond WHY ARE YOU DEFENDING A PEDO!??!?!?!?!?

No. I asked you if you would prefer the man had not been shot and you said, “Sure.”

Also, I never said or implied that you were defending a PEDO. I said, “You have lost the thread.”

and...more to the story...

the pedo already had charges on him for sexually assaulting the girl when she was 13.

Same girl.

And the judge let him out on bond.

Guess who the Lonoke circuit judge is in the case who mandated a gag order on the father's lawyers being able to discuss the case in public?? The same bitch...who was appointed by a Democrat governor.

The father's name is Aaron Spencer, the case is in Lonoke County, Ar. He caught up to the man with his daughter in a truck, rammed it to make it stop, emptied his Glock 19 Gen 4 into the pedophile, pistol whipped him and then reloaded. I say good for him

Right.

And the only problem with this story is that the Dad didn’t finish the deal and take out the Judge, DA, and defense attorney for enabling the pedophile to walk free again.

This is the problem with people like you. You live in a bubble of modern society and you don’t understand true justice.

Read “Tribe” by Sebastian Junger.

Vigilantism only exists because of morally inept people like you.

Note to all OT dads:

Boosiebadazz and Uprayedd should represent you in court should you ever need representation for a similar act. SFP is the nerdy looking public defender just trying to "make a name for himself" you should avoid at all cost

You ask what kind of person would subscribe to CNN. It is called freedom of speech.

What kind of person would support a president who would renege on his promise to release the Epstein files, transfer the convicted pedophile who helped Epstein in his crimes to a country club prison, talk about his ability to pardon her if he wanted and then tell anyone who signed the discharge petition that they were hostile to him? In other words, why is he covering it up and if you support Trump in this instance then you are complicit in allowing pedophiles to flourish in the dark.

Then the next dad who thinks this is happening (and is wrong) and kills the suspected rapist gets off too, right?

Oh, you mean the next father who kills a man that was let out on bond for (allegedly) raping his daughter and then finds the same daughter with the accused in his truck heading out of town despite the court order? Not only should dad get off, he should get a coat and a gift card to his favorite breakfast spot.

We don't have perfect information, but we have enough. You could volunteer to defend the accused rapist, but he needs a mortician more than a lawyer now.

Because we have seen plenty of false allegations of sexual abuse (involving minors and non-minors).

How about an allegation coupled with a follow-up kidnapping?

So, he didn't empty the second magazine into the crook? I would say he showed great restraint.

Sentence to 4 season tickets to see the pigs play.
