Screw Buccees. Their bathrooms aren't as clean as Wally's bathrooms. We need a Wallys.

Growing area with tons of traffic and plenty of white trash to work there.

Put it in Slidell and I'll apply. Was thinking of applying for the carwash manager spot at the one in Alabama.

Just wondering why one hasn’t been installed on I-10 yet.

Supposed to be one at Millerville on 12. But the Bucees people found out how doing business in south Louisiana works when the parish tried to milk them for a bunch of extra bullshite and wouldn’t give any concessions. Then the flood happened and that area flooded and they noped out.

In Port Allen of the 415 exit. Right before the bridge back up starts.

You put on the billboard, “Last chance to pee for 5 miles / 1 hour”

Why is that Buccees so small? Looks like a 7/11. Defeats the purpose

There is a small one in Port lavaca as well

I don’t think there is enough real estate where that old Shoneys is. That area is pretty cut up with different businesses.

Also, are there any places that Buccees builds that are on a non-interstate highways such as regular federal highways? Maybe Hwy 90 in the Houma area could support one?

IMO, absolutely

Between Hammond & DS (maybe Satsuma or Holden exits).

Either side of the Atchafalaya on I-10.

Bucees brand boudin balls.

Cater to all travelers and baws going fishing or hunting.

West of Lake Charles along I-10 would be ideal to catch all the Texans heading to/from the casinos.

Would destroy there. Around the Vinton/Sulphur area

Everyone I know in Houston goes to the Casinos and 30a every year

Somewhere along I-12 in Livingston, Tangipahoa, or St. Tammany would be good

I could picture one at the Pumpkin Center, Robert, or Lacombe exits. All are not super crowded exits but close to the I12/I55/I59 interchanges.

Believe Bucees was slated to open shop off I12 in BR but Louisiana political frickery killed the deal. Apparently Bucees thought more of this area than your wretched “consolation prize” of a location.
Does anybody stop to think that Buccees wanted more concessions at that llocation than thought appropriate for a giant gas station. Buccees demands a lot in traffic lights, entrances/exits, service road mods etc.

People have already mentioned the way business is done there. It’s a combination of that and the culture. They would have a very hard time staffing it with people that would maintain their standards.

Don’t need a Bucees in Mandeville. Enough traffic already.

How long would it take for the Bucees to be ghettoed out? You know a shooting or a fight? Or the ice cream machine breaks?

I guess a Buc-ee's would be cool somewhere in S. LA but the way that people on this board talk about it. You make it seem like a Buc-ee's is like some sort of linchpin to wild economic growth.....it's a frickin gas station that serves a brisket sandwich which is good but nothing to go ga-ga over
