We never have mosquitoes where I live (Lincoln county Mississippi) but yesterday they were all over, in the middle of the day.

"Covington"

St. Tammany has a very active and effective agency, St. Tammany Parish Mosquito Abatement.

Report your problem, they'll investigate, then treat. Treatments are sometimes pellets, sometimes truck spray, sometimes aerial spray.

Waiting for my kid to get off the bus is BRUTAL. Still better than the carpool line. I just sit in the front room and wait now even with the great weather.

No, I don’t live in a swamp.
I’ve got a ton of groundhogs though.

Definitely not all the extra pooled water for them to breed in.
