No... just based on my study of the Bible.
Satan runs the planet... hence all of the hell, death, murder, hospitals, divorce, etc.... Earth is a sin cursed planet. Pet a scorpion and you get stung, grab a black widow and you die. It wasn’t created this way but one day it will return.
The church is supposed to be light of the world, salt of the earth, healing the broken, taking care of those in need. We don’t always pull through. God doesn’t hate people or sit back with an iron fist waiting to destroy the disobedient.

Earthquakes and mudslides are just natural processes. The fires were more than likely started by some jackass' who pulled the biggest whoops ever.
