When me and my buddy were in dental school and needed a break from studying head/neck anatomy or neuroanatomy, or pharmacology, or whatever real medical course we were taking, we would watch YouTube videos from chiropractors and laugh hysterically about the bullshite they would spew.
Would you and your buddies consider chiropractors more legit if they pushed out drugs like you guys did?

In a way yes. I don’t believe that medication solves every issue but lots of times, the only way a disease process can be managed is through medication (infection, HTN, diabetes, etc.)

The main point I was getting at is the stuff some of these guys On YouTube say is completely and utterly false and only said to make themselves sound like “doctors.”

They aren’t grounded in science. They’re theories haven’t been proven by studies and clinical research. It’s all made up and no one chiropractor believes the same thing.

Dentistry is not a “medication driven” profession. We treat things with procedures and surgery. Thankfully we don’t have to just throw pills at people to solve their problems.

Yeah Cancer has proven how doctors are all on the same page, and how proven their MD muster. Smh...

He's TWICE said he's a dentist, you retard. I don't think Big Lidocaine is paying huge kickbacks.

Not nearly as much as personal injury attorneys pay chiropractors, that's for sure.

I wouldn't go to one. I am sure there are legit chiropractors that have the proper training to help people, but no they are not real doctors. If he can't write a prescription he isn't a real doctor IMO.

It means there are 17-19 genomic cancer triggers and types with such a wide variation of manifestation, one approach does not help all causes go away.

But C60 is a great way to fight all of them

I want someone pro-chiro to explain to me the way he brings her feet up and checks to see if one leg is longer

Then adjusts her back and checks the feet again claiming he changed the length of her leg

When he brings the heels up the only determining factor for the heels to be even is the length of the tibia/fibula. Does he lengthen that bone?

such a joke, but he has his little routine down pretty good and he’s feeling on some nice asses. Not gunna lie I’m jealous

No.

But they have great lobbyists. Which is why they are treated like real doctors.

They are glorified physical therapists who can actually cause real injury.

So think of the dumbest frick you went to high school with. Ten years later he shows back up in your hometown as Dr. Dumbfrick. You can rest assured there is a chiropractor school involved.

That said, there is a newer generation of chiropractors that are trained differently and function more like physical therapists. They actually are helpful.

Good rule of thumb - if you see an ad and it says “Dr. Joe Smith”, then it’s a non MD trying to make you think he’s an MD. All MDs that advertise will write it as “Joe Smith, MD.” This is one of the background things between the groups that most people don’t know.

I have lower back issues and decided to give a chiropractor a shot. I chose a reputable one in the Baton Rouge area. It didn't do shite for my back, and had the feel of a scam.

There's nothing like going to see a real doctor and being prescribed physical therapy. If you go see a back doctor whose only solution is to prescribe you pain medicine, find another doctor because that is not legit either. Either physical therapy, steroid injections, or surgery.

There are plenty of people that have undergone PT, Epidural steroid injections, multiple surgeries, implanted TENs units, rtc., and their pain still cannot be reduced to a tolerable level. For those people pain management with drugs is a "legit" treatment option.

I explain I have a few damaged vertebrae, unrepaired broken collar bones, thoracic compression damage, and an unrepaired torn pectoral.

What the hell happened to you

I'm just seeing this.

I built a road legal prerunner that was race prepped. Harnesses. Simple cage. Tons of suspension travel.

Driving it to work one friday, an elderly lady pulled out in front of me. I swerved around/over her hood and then the flipping started. First impact on the roof drove my head down. Spinning in the air the seat belts fractured both collar bones...

I braced under the wheel and held on for dear life.

Tore a band of my peck off where it attached by my shoulder. I now have a straight line where the muscle runs down rather than across. A few vertebrae were compression fractured. Stretched tendons in each wrist holding on.

Collar bones and pec went unrepaired because docs were more worried about vertebrae.

...it was a rough go for a bit.

ETA: this should have been a hint something was wrong
