I'm surprised it took this long, tbh. Long overdue imo.

There may still be a market for something like the Shuffle though. My wife got a Shuffle in like 2015 or so and still uses it to this day when she takes her morning jog. She has one of those armbands and it's such a tiny piece of hardware it's perfect for a workout or a run even though most people have switched on over to their phones or smart watches. But the Shuffle is great for just music.

I still use my Shuffle every now and then. Love how compact it is. I’d never get rid of it if it had Bluetooth. I haven’t added music to it in ages though. Still just has 3 or 4 Phish shows on it.

If it hadn’t got stolen I would still be using my original one.

I might have to pick another one of these up as a backup. I still have my original around here somewhere, plus the next gen that I run in the MINI, and the iTouch I got for Christmas last year. Oh, and I have a Shuffle, too.

I still have a nano 2nd gen that works perfectly. Haven't loaded any new music on it and never will. Its like going on a time warp to 07 when I listen to it.

There's something pleasing about using the touch wheel with the clicking tones, that you just can't get with today's touch screen devices.

Next extinction…iPad.

Doubt it. iPads are great for watching shows and many businesses use them for meetings. Phones are too small to do some of the stuff you need a larger screen to do.
