re: Apparently, there are 6 of these (probably more) underground 'cities' in the USA. Why?

Why does a server facility need so much semi-trailer traffic?
Have you not seen the Clinton body count?

Been there for work. Not really a city. Caves that keep a constant temp that's good for cheese/beer etc.

I have a friend who's dad owned that. Sold it a couple of years ago.

I saw Godzilla 2014. Those facilities are a bit more remote & heavily guarded.

Now there's a use I can get behind.

During college I I had a job loading tailers for a company. It would take hours to load the finished wood work. So, we usually got to talking to the drivers (Ie Mayflower). One driver, and I understand.. Drivers can be like fisherman, but I asked, .."what's the craziest story you got?". And he said he picked up a load at a medical facility in Baltimore area. He had an armed passenger with him the whole trip. He had a military vehicle trail him the whole trip he got to NV and entered this base...keeps driving to a mountain, goes around to an entrance and doors open up ...he pulls in and goes to a designated stop point...another truck/trailer pull up and back to his .... Contents are transferred and he left never knew what was in the bed but it was a massive facility inside of that mountain ...

Watch the Jesse Ventura show on this very underground city. It's a conspiracy theory show. It's pretty cool and interesting

.gov has built and maintained several shelters since the beginning of the Cold War. Mount Weather in VA, Raven Rock in PA-which was used during 9/11.
The Federal Reserve had a shelter in Mount Pony, VA. Some of the AT&T long lines towers had shelters underneath them.
And, not to mention, a bunch of decommissioned Atlas, Titan and Minuteman silo sites spread across the west. There's a ton of cold war relics here in the States.

I wouldn’t mind a converted bunker or silo into a nice military grade Hobbit hole myself.

I actually love these stories, however, I'm an Art Bell nerd
There's quite a few videos of people trying to enter Area 51 in Nevada, using remote back roads. Of course the place is monitored beyond belief. Videos usually end with the security contractors detaining the driver, calling local LE and then getting trespassed.

There's an old Atlas ICBM silo in Texas that was converted to an AirBnb. We passed by it on our trip to Texas on Thanksgiving week.

Ive been inside the greenbrier bunker. The one in the video looks like a mine.

While not abandoned mines, there are a lot of abandoned tunnels in Western PA. Many are used for growing mushrooms.
The Laurel Hill Tunnel is owned by Chip Ganassi and is used for race car and aerodynamic testing.

Although it's a good ways from the New Madrid Fault, I'd hate to be in there when the next big one strikes.

It’s where Diddy and Jay Z rape little girls. Trucking in dildos and KY.

There’s an Underground Mall here in Atlanta. There are more firearms there than most military installments.
Also, I don’t think that’s nearly deep enough to be a bunker facility. The doomsday one they moved the Kennedys to during the Cuban Missle Crisis is way deep. Same with the one in Colorado.

I had heard of the Greenbrier, the underground 'resort' in W. VA built by the gov in case of a nuclear attack on DC.
Because in the event of nuclear fallout, there's no way the human race can survive without government bureaucrats.
