I think all charges will be dropped very soon and the officer with prolly be suspended for a short time as punishment. With this last video, no way this goes to any sort of trial.
The DA appears to want all of the attention he can get and doesn’t care that the vast majority of it is negative attention and may even rise to the level of prosecutorial misconduct.
