Terrible look for the popo. Conveniently, no popo body cam video, even though they're required to have it on and it usually helps their case. Charges will soon be dropped. Felony assault...haha.

Looks like the cops didn't have their body Cams on. They thought they could lie/ falsely accuse Scottie of dragging a cop because nobody had a camera on. Surprise, Surprise cops caught lying again.
