I dislike most of Europe because it has been overrun with Aloha Snackbars.
It's actually no where near as bad you think. Overrun, even for all of Western Europe is a huge stretch.

You ever been to Paris? Many of the streets are tiny. Even compact cars have trouble fitting in the parking spaces in the streets.
And they have a ton of bus traffic.

Great to see cities and residents doing more to get these comically large vehicles to pay more and hopefully stay out of city centers that are meant for people and not cars.
Okay? I promise to not drive into Paris in a large SUV.
And if it happens in Atlanta, guess what? I never go into Atlanta, either. If I do, it's for work, and they pay for parking.
People that have to drive in the city will probably just get ANOTHER vehicle, and keep the SUV that they probably need and enjoy.
All that to say, if voters don't care enough to get out and vote, this is on them. If this is what they wanted, that's fine by me. Urban residents can bitch and moan when restaurants close due to loss of business. They can whine when sports teams move to the burbs. The lack foresight to see how their emotional decisions impact others in the long run.

I think the goal is walking, biking, or public transit. Not renting multiple SUVs to bebop around
So provide incentives for that, not punitives for not doing that. Personally, don't care, I'm not going to Paris anytime soon, and if I did, probably wouldn't drive an SUV.

You should care. Expect to see this here soon
I'd love to see it brought here to the socialist Dem controlled cities. It will kill those big American cities off even faster.

I’m saying that if you needed a vehicle to explore France, you now effectively need two.
My whole point was you could still rent something larger for leaving the city.

Good on the people of Pareè for getting this passed. Now they need to do the same thing for the big arse Ford trucks that stretch all the way out to where you can’t see cars coming from the other side.
Pareè is an awesome place, I bet most of the people on here have never even visited there. Maybe it might open all of your minds up and make you more multi-dimensional in your political beliefs. For example, I’ve visited Paris multiple times to get more in touch with my French roots.

For all you voting doesn't matter baws this story proves that you are wrong. Only 5.7% of the 1.3 million eligible voters cast ballots and are changing local politics.
So ~74K people voted? And one more vote was gonna matter?
