The only people that protest aren’t locals. Road my bike on the Lafitte greenway yesterday and it was some good people watching seeing all the socialists in black and masks heading to city hall.

No. New Orleans people don't riot. We're more likely to riot over bars still being closed than any of this mess. Some people posted photos of the NOLA "protests" and it looked like a second line- people dancing and shite.
