I can't work out in the morning. My energy level is low, and I don't think I get the most out of my workouts. I'm a night owl to boot.

On weekdays I'm usually at the gym by 3:30 but I'm also usually in the bed by 7. Going at the end of the day isn't a option for me. It took awhile to get the hang of it but I'm definitely a morning person now and caffeine definitely helps.

Started on the 5AM workout train 3 months ago.

Best decision I've ever made.

I love getting off work and not feeling obligated to do jack shite.

Wake @ 4:30. Sip preworkout and walk the dog around the block. Gym from 5-6:15. Cook breakfast, shower, out the door and at work by 7.

You just have to have it on your fricking mind that you are gonna hit the gym. No snooze button. I usually go to sleep around 9:30. I feel great throughout the day and typically have a cup of coffee or an energy drink after lunch.

I resolve to make myself do it but the resolve never lasts long. Then I resolve to go home at noon and do it but that never works either. The only time I can do it consistently is in the evening or at night, then I'm wide awake and can't go to sleep at a decent hour

6:00am for me. 30 minute walk,then a protein/oat shake, then heavy weights.

It takes awhile to get used to it, but once you do it makes you feel great the rest of the day and frees up your evenings to do whatever the hell you want.

I started going in the mornings in December of last year, and I love it. I target for walking in at 530am.

It REALLY helps to have someone else going. There are mornings that I want to skip, but he's texting me to get my arse in gear. And vice Versa.

Like others have said, as soon as you get used to it, it really is the best way to start your day.

I started 18 years ago when my son was born. Figured if I wanted to train and stay married, I better lift when everyone was still sleeping. I am in the gym at 0500 most mornings.

I go at 4:30am Monday thru Friday. Afternoons have too many people.

Occasionally, though I hate it. Worked out this morning because of my work schedule.

Up at 0420, preworkout at 0425, at the gym for 0445, back home by 0600 to shower and get dressed for work. Lift heavy. I much prefer to lift in a fasted state than after eating. I will usually grab a piece of chicken or steak out the fridge when I walk back in the door, though.

I love working out in the morning when I do it consistently. I've never been good at working out in the late afternoon-evening, and now with kids it's just not feasible. I am usually good with the morning workouts until I get something like a head cold and feel like shite. Then I miss a few days and it takes me weeks to get back too it.

I rarely do it, but have a great day when I do. My gym is across the street from the parking garage at work so I usually go at lunch or right after work. That's for weights.

I like running 2 miles in the neighborhood early in the morning and do that once or twice a week.

Wake up at 5:30. Lift heavy. Run light. Four days a week

Hardest part is getting out of bed. Once you there and finish it makes for a great day. I've been doing it for about 5 years at 4:45 am

Get up at 5:00, usually at the gym around 5:30. I love getting off work knowing I don't have to go workout. I hate evening workouts.

Wake up at 4:30, gym at 5 for about an hour. Cardio and weights. Just depends on the routine I am doing at the time.

I switch it up every 3 months.

Less people and can get what I need to do done. Tried working out in the evenings and it was horrible. Over crowded and people socializing.
