Anyone with knowledge of golf carts? Cart suddenly stopped while drivingand will not move

New batteries so that isn't the issue. When I press the pedal nothing happens. Brakes are not stuck. Suggestions?

Check and tighten all battery terminals

Yes, they have water and have appropriate voltage

The flux capacitor is also working

There’s a fuse that’s press operated on mine, under the seat. Probably hit the F-R switch with you calf.

Different question, how do I make a Club Cart go faster? The one I have is from a golf course and maybe goes 8 mph. Need to get this baby moving a little faster, TIA for any tips
