There’s a very large natural CO2 supply under Jackson, MS named Jackson Dome. There’s a pipeline that brings that CO2 to dry ice producers around Brookhaven, MS and an Air Gas facility south of Houston. That pipeline cuts through many LA parishes. If you want to get into the business, southern LA is a good spot to be.

You can generally search the web, and call the sellers.

Also, check with meat packers in your area.

I didnt even think about Joe Patti's, they definitely have it.

But as far as the other obvious places, we call all of them, and they are quite often sold out.

We started just getting it from Nexair in Mobile, but they even run out sometimes.

Get there early before any summer holiday. Like 2 days before.

Packed in a Yeti, it'll last for 48 hours, no problem.

And obviously, dont put it in a home freezer.

I like my ICE like I like my women. In uniform, possibly wearing a mask, slightly violent, and wet.

I’ve only handled dry ice once: when my mom shipped some hometown foods to me my sophomore year of college. My roommates and I immediately put some in a water bottle and tossed it in the bathtub. It sounded like a bomb went off, so I fled my apartment figuring the cops were on the way. I was deaf for a good ten minutes.

Based on my track record, I don’t trust myself around the stuff
