Yep, I was on West Loop heading south around 59 and racers had blocked all 6 or so lanes (at least 10 cars total) and were doing about 35 mph, letting a big gap form. These weren't ricers, but more high end cars (Porche, Ferrari, etc). At some point, they took da frick off.
