She just likes the ride of the 350 RX. It has a softer ride and is not really sporty in performance. We never had a service issue in her previous Lexus. I changed the timing belt out one time because it was slightly over due but other than that not a single serious service issue. Same for her newer 2017.... nothing but schedule maintenance. Lexus service department is very difficult to beat, especially at our dealer in Houston. Make the appointment and they get things done quickly or just give you an equivalent lender. She pulls in to the service department and the RFID chip is scanned. They come out to meet her, know who she is and what is getting done. Does not involve me in any way. Lexus service is just awesome. If your wife is into sporty and likes to drive quick, take hard turns, etc... a Lexus might not be the car for her. If she likes comfort... then take a hard look. Probably the single best reliable brand of car we have ever had

Completely agree, wife is going on 5 years with a350 , could not of picked a better vehicle for her, when it is time to replace it will be hard to not get another 350

I’ve got a 350. 300 before. Love it. Damn good on reliability.

Audi maintenance costs aren’t cheap.

I own one of each. Use them as my work beaters. I don't want to put miles on my 911 or r8

I’m looking for a car or small suv for my daughter and the Audi Q5 is on the list. I like the Q5 a lot but we owned a S6 a few years ago and I wasn’t enamored with Brian Harris as a dealership. I really like the service at the Lexus dealership in Baton Rouge but I I don’t particularly care for the way their small SUV’s drive.

I have an sq5 and Q7.

I actually like the Q7 better, but they are both fantastic vehicles.

I’m not sure how I feel about an all touch screen infotainment. Don’t mind it for radio/navigation, but don’t like the idea of it for climate controls. I’d like my next car to be a Q7 or q8, but thats my only hesitation.

The Lexus quality is the best. You will not get the reliability and service from Audi, Infinity, BMW, etc. that you will get from the Lexus RX.

That's not just my opinion but what is born out by JD Power quality surveys and the auto industry as a whole.

They are not as sporty as some others but they don't try to be. Just the best.

wife drove a Q5 for a couple of years... it's small as shite, but it's a fun vehicle to drive... but if you have a family and shite, don't get it... it's just to fricking small to be of any real value...
