And if so how good does it work for you?

Eat right and have good sleep hygiene and you won't need it.

I eat right, don’t consume caffeine and I still can’t sleep. I don’t like taking drugs to sleep so I tough it out.

OP have you tried Melatonin?

You're asking for a potential load of shite you don't want with that. I never took it and never will upon seeing folks doped up on it and everything that comes with it. Popping un-needed pills is not a wise thing to begin with but if you're not careful Ambien really can take you to the gutter. Trust me on that!

Works great if you go to bed.

Works even better if you stay up

I slept in the woods one night pretending to be in a cave escaping from thousands of bears. Started a camp fire, set up a tent, whole nine yards. Woke up the next morning on the edge of the fairway on hole #2 of Woodland Forrest Golf Course.

So it worked pretty good for me.

Go for it. It’s harmless. Ask Rosanne.

That stuff can be dangerous. There are many stories of people sleepwalking, hell, driving somewhere in the middle of the night with no recollection whatsoever.

Every time I take a sleeping pill I have crazy dreams and remain groggy all the next morning. Melatonin is the strongest aid I’ll take

Works wonders for me. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, and Ambien helps with both. The only side effect I have is I get very hungry about 45 minutes after I take it. So, I try to take it before dinner.

I’ve always had issues with restless leg at night. I got prescribed Xanax for something else and take that at night except night I’m at work of course. It helps me sleep and does pretty good overall for my restless leg. I’ve been taking 0.5mg for a couple years and haven’t had to go up in dose. Every 3rd night I can’t take it cuz of work so I guess that helps from me needing to up my dose over time. I like it for sleep even though that’s not actually what it’s for. I’ve never tried ambien, but both I’m sure are addictive, or maybe not.

I rarely eat sweets but the phone could very well be an issue. I have a small shopping habit

I have insomnia pretty bad and ambien did help, but it’s has me do some things that I don’t have any recollection at all doing.

One bad thing is that if you use it for any length of time, you have to have it to sleep. Like if they give you 30 and no more, nights 31-32-33 forget sleeping.
