I have been approached about opening up a Chuck E Cheese child casino in the Baton Rouge Area. We are looking at a couple of different locations including near the Merchant district and around Mid City.

What should i expect when dealing with larger franchises? I really don't want them meddling in our affairs because we have big plans for our location.

Not even joking a little.

Google the videos of the fights at one of these places and see if it the business you want to buy into. Get back to me.

That's the thing.. We are planning on going the chic fil a route and hiring only respectful young employees. Should make for a better end user experience

If you make it outside or charge a cover maybe you won’t have “loiterers” hanging around

I have a friend that owns a few restaurant/bars in BR and Nola and his biggest issue is finding dependable staff that won’t steal from him.

Good luck with the HS kid route

Seems like Chuck E Cheese would do well in North BR?

Do you plan on offering CFA wages, as in starting pay $13/hour?

Not trying to attract that crowd.. Was thinking about it and kids in the safer parts of town have to travel and put themselves in danger and go into shitty parts of town if they want to enjoy a Chuck E Cheese or Celebration Station. Trying to bring the fun to them and make money in the process
