Seems like Chuck E Cheese would do well in North BR?

Yeah lots of land out by the airport, and a lot of Chuck E's fans live out that way.

kids in the safer parts of town have to travel and put themselves in danger and go into shitty parts of town if they want to enjoy a Chuck E Cheese or Celebration Station
Well this just isn't true at all.

Traditionally yes but after visiting the Chuck E Cheese in Billings, MT i saw that it can be done the right way and it would be a cash cow.

So to clarify:

You’re a) considering opening a Chucky Cheese in Baton Rouge and b) have come to the OT for buisness advice.

Forget about Baton Rouge and look at Denham, Prarieville, or Gonzalez.

Nobody is unsafe at either of the BR Chuck E Cheeses or Celebration station. Why don't you just put a skin color chart on the door or open it in Walker

Bro, when's the last time you had it?

Its better than a frozen pizza from the grocery.

I'm not saying its good, I'm saying its decent.

Eating that and drinking a beer while my kid runs around with his head cut off with other kids isn't as bad as people make it out to be

Yeah, obviously I'd rather sit in silence on my couch watching football with a beer or playing golf, but I can think of worse things.

Beer + pizza = ability to make anything tolerable for me

ETA:

And ftr, I enjoy really good wood fired pizza and know the difference between good and shitty pizza. And I'm a steak connoisseur, so don't make me e-fight you.

Like using the OT as a wall to bounce ideas off of and judging by the reception this has gotten I don't think it would be a bad idea

That’s because the location it’s in is a monoculture.

What should i expect when dealing with larger franchises? I really don't want them meddling in our affairs because we have big plans for our location.

Based only from that, YOU SHOULD NOT BE A FRANCHISEE. I wish I could discuss this more freely. I do consulting involving these issues. I'm just trying to warn you.

Baton rouge could use more kid entertainment options, but I don't think another Kid Casino is needed. Search for another idea of a place to host b-day parties

Do you plan on offering CFA wages, as in starting pay $13/hour?
CFA does not pay that much you retard. Maybe one of the top managers may make that but the regular staff does not. When I worked at one years ago they would start people off at minimum wage and usually only give .25$ raises.

Plus the customers at CFA aren't AS cultura as those that will visit this establishment.
