Just too many nicer places.

Hardwood floors would have to be replaced. Cabinets need to be refinished. Granite just ok (seems like a lot of places in la have same cut). No island sink. Pool maintenance with that many trees would be miserable.

Those are dirty top heart pine floors and sinker cypress cabinets. Know how I know you are a dumbass?

No. I've been in the house. But anyone with any decent knowledge of homes, especially homes in South Louisiana would be able to just look at them and tell what they are.

I'm guessing he would upgrade to paint grade OSB cabinets and linoleum floors.

I've never understood the concept of rich folks wanting to live on top of each other. I'd much rather have half a million dollars of land and quarter million dollar house, than a $2 million house on fifty cents of land.

If I'm dropping 1.8 on a place it's going to be in the center of everything in a secure building with valet parking and a door man.

Because not everyone wants to live in the sticks with the hillbillies.

With that said, the lot does look small.

$325 sq ft. That's absurd

actually, it's not. run of the mill stuff in capital heights on a postage stamp sized lot is going for $200 per foot.

He's got it listed for about $25-$30 more per sqft than anyone else. The last one that was listed that high was $319.5 and it ended up selling at $284 sqft.
