That place doesn't look like it's worth 1.8 mil

OT Baller here. May go scope it out. I could use someplace cheap for when the relatives are town.

That neighbor is a little too close for 1.8 million.

Hardwood floors would have to be replaced. Cabinets need to be refinished. Granite just ok (seems like a lot of places in la have same cut). No island sink. Pool maintenance with that many trees would be miserable.

I may make an offer but it will be a low ball estimate. Quick flip. Keep it for rest of football season and move it in the spring. Not my type

What the frick is this?

And why can you reach out the window and touch the neighbor's house? That's the worst 1.8 million dollar house I've ever seen.

I agree, but when crackerboxes off Perkins fetch $400k, $1.8M in Bocage isn't out of line. Everything in BR is overpriced, considering the shitty quality of life.

It's not. That's listed at $325 sq ft. That's absurd.

The pics don't do it justice, tbh. Not saying It's a mansion like OP did, but it's a nice house. The price is a little steep because of being in a gated neighborhood in Bocage area.

I would rather a little more land for that price, but some people, especially in this neighborhood, don't mind. It gives them an opportunity to show off their toys to their neighbors.

I know a couple of people who live in that neighborhood. I'll just say that they are not my favorite type of people. The type that do things for other's reactions, instead of for their own enjoyment. Sad really.

Pray the potential buyer of your house doesn't have the same philosophy.

I simply don't have the want for that property at that price level.
