Older lady 15 years ago at a job I worked told me it was the devils holiday. First and only time I've ever heard it mentioned

A self proclaimed wiccan lady famous in hollywood that has spirit dinners, involved with the Podesta's; would most likely tell you halloween is her high priestess day.

Two people in one office, who both attended fairly mainstream protestant churches, were not happy at all that the office had a Halloween party. Very satanic and all.

As a result, it's now a Fall Festival, chili party, or some other generic named event.

Stand up and fight the religious nuts' War on Halloween!

Haven't heard that, but a house down the street from me has a sign in their yard that says, "The only ghost that lives here is the HOLY GHOST!!1!1!!"

We have a guy that takes Halloween off every year because he's scared of the devil.

How do people like this live?

All I know is that if a woman shows up at my front door wearing a sexy cop outfit I'll behave sinfully.

My brother and his wife think that.. They're staunch Bible thumpers, that says it all.

Every few years or so I seem to run in to someone that makes this statement.

This is my 47th Halloween and I can honestly say I've never encountered anyone who considers Halloween as being the Devil's "birthday".

My neighbor of 40 years does. We used to have Halloween parties with a bonfire, roasted hot dogs, s'mores the whole works and one year no more. That was about 10-12 years ago. Don't even say the word snake. That's the devil himself.

A very Catholic lady I used to work with does not "celebrate" Halloween.
