Yes sir. I never did have a stellar memory however both my short term and long term memory plummeted when I had a stroke several years back. Now, I realize this doesn’t really apply in your situation….however, I may have a suggestion. My speech therapist had me sign up for a computer-based program called “Constant Therapy”. This program did a hell of a lot to regain my memory and the best thing about it is that a clinician can give you free access to it.
I would recommend making an appointment with a neurologist or speech therapist to see if you can get access to it.

I’ve taken .5 mg daily on and off for years and have a drink most nights. I’m nearing mid-40s and haven’t noticed anything significant.Everyone’s attention is fragmented right now with a million emails and phone notifications. What sort of memory issues are you having?
