As a military retiree, I seem to fail every one of these screenings.
EDIT: New addition. Anyone have experience with the DeGarmo Assessment?

Since its a critical thinking test and you came here for advice, I think maybe you should apply elsewhere

Remember, it's not a lie if you believe it.

Brother I hate to break it to you but these tests are designed to filter out people who probably wouldn't be successful in their prospective roles. If you're repeatedly failing the test for it, that might be a sign.
But, these types of thinking style tests do require practice especially after the military where the training and tests were usually black and white rote memorization. I'd just take a few practice Wonderlic tests, a few practice Watson Glazer, and condition your brain to think the way these tests ask questions. Makes a huge difference.

frick aptitude test and all that gay shite some jackass autistic HR rep came up with.
I fricking hate the new HR world
Whatever happened to shaking a vets hands and looking him in the eye? Asking about his family and goals?
No let's see if he can pick the pattern that doesn't match and how quickly he does will let us know his critical thinking path and speed.
fricking losers, anyone who scores perfect on those test has no social skills, good workers, shitty leaders.

did you post this just so you could let everybody know you're a veteran?

The aptitude tests are easy. It’s the personality tests that seem to lead to no more contact with the recruiter.

Consistent answers. And don't lie.

In my current job I failed one of those tests and it recommended I not be hired.
My boss thought I was a good hire and then sent me on a probationary trip and paid me 3 days to see if I could do the job.
Got hired immediately afterwards and just celebrated 10 years.
My boss stopped paying for that test after that.
