I hope they go the distance and never apologize. But WHEN they do, after the waves of bullshite have percolated and there's all kinds of shite stirred up and God knows who is here talking about it, you all better apologize to me for the downvotes. Remember - I'm the one who said they should have just fell on their sword early.
And the reason why I said that isn't because I'm some leftist who's looking for lib cred. It's because eventually this all ends with an apology. Stabs can quash it early or they can quash it late. But the later it is, the more shite there is to swallow. And it will all end the same way it could have ended - before the collateral damage.

this will actually be a profitable PR move for them in the short term at a minimum
And long term it will be forgotten
Hey I'd advise them to stand firm not say anything just we made a decision we're backing our management these are our rules if they've not been enforced in the past quite till perfect understanding we're working on it but We stand by our decision and with our hard-working staff . they're family.
And then buy the local Donald J Trump donor list by the the list of all those small donors around town that have donated to him good lord that place will be fully packed like that top she was wearing
for the next 6 months two years at a minimum..

I don’t think they will say anything more than they already said. I think that’s the way to go along with changing the uniforms of their wait staff, which they were already doing.
We don’t know what her crop top looked like when she entered the restaurant and when the pic was taken. I have no idea about the allegations that she sent food back and didn’t tip. Is that fact or assumption?

This story is going to go away within a few days. The restaurant is doing the right thing in this situation.
