Why is the neighbor getting arrested? They makes no sense. I'm not reading that article but I can see her being arrested if she knew the kid got raped by the step dad but other than that why would she be getting arrested?

They give a shite, but not to the point where they kill them or anything. The chomos will get beat up and generally mistreated, and non-chomo prisoners won't socialize with them, but there aren't death squads executing them like the urban legends would have you think.
