We've had drama before but everyone mostly cut down on the groups and have calmed down on behavior as they've aged.
Now, at worse, it tends to be political arguments that don't escalate too much or drunken antics that make people not be invited back.

My brother is an alcoholic so we never know. My sister will not tolerate his shite so it’s pretty common for her to dog cuss him every year. He gets pissy and leaves. Good times.
