If I could up vote this 10 times more I would. They are pushing that hard at work as well. Everyone sits silent as mangers recite inclusion propaganda at department meetings. Just leave me alone and let me do my job

It’s one month out of the whole fricking year. How are they shoving their agenda down your throat by celebrating Pride month? You obviously have no family members or friends who are gay, so you either don’t understand or don’t care, which is fine. But don’t go whining about a gay agenda when Pride doesn’t affect you and your life one iota.

That’s not what they’re celebrating. I agree that some of the parades can get over the top, but it’s not supposed to be about flaunting your sexuality in public.

What is the purpose of/what is this month all about recognizing?

I’m a gay dude. I don’t have anything to do with pride - just not something that interests me. It’s a nothingburger to me.
What you are seeing isn’t the gays - it’s the corporations trying to appeal to young buyers. It’s over the top.
But it is funny to see people here who constantly whine about snowflakes getting triggered over a company adding rainbow colors to their logos for 30 days. Who fricking cares?

Does it feel condescending and patronizing to you? Like there isn’t anything else to your identity and personality than that particular aspect? Seems like it would be infuriating
