Anyone else giving CBD oil to their kids to calm them down?

I was with a bunch of friends at a 6 year old Bday Party, four of the group are Cardiovascular Surgeons, the Doctors said they have been giving their 4-6 year olds CBD oil and it’s calming their children down and helping them focus. Other parents were also doing the same thing and my wife and I felt out of place because we were the only ones who weren’t giving our kids this CBD oil.
I have to say that the kids who are taking it do seem to be much calmer and less stressed from my brief interactions with their kids. Am I missing the boat here by not giving them this or risking something much more dangerous down the road.
Who on here is giving their toddlers CBD oil?

My kids are terrifying with minimal attention spans. I can only imagine the danger they'd pose if they could concentrate for extended periods of time.

No I just dose them with a little heroin, much more effective

They said one drop from droplet under the tongue and kids hold it for 10 seconds. The responses are what I was thinking
