I have CBD strain flower that I smoke all the time that doesn't get me high. Looks and tastes like normal THC strains.
Just FYI.

I’m not sure anyone in this thread is confusing the two

We give it to my mother in law. She is somewhat childlike though. She gets ornery without it.

That stuff always seemed to be the prettiest looking flower in the shops when I was up in Colorado. Like you said though, doesnt get you high.

Wait I am of the understanding that the CBD oil is a non-THC oil they are giving to their kids. This stuff has THC in it?

I guess I should just stop being surprised at the level of incompetence some people exhibit towards raising children, but it’s really hard when everyone keeps coming up with more ridiculous ways to scar their kids for life.

Yes my daughter (15) takes it. She has bad ADDD and it does help her anxiety and helps her to focus. She still takes other meds, but this does help her out. Not all CBD is the same. She takes the pills.

have a friend who gives her daughter CBD oil...this kid can get all super upset and emotional and ork herself into a crying tizzy. A couple of drops of CBD calms her right down.

Could CBD (cannabidiol) oil be the new go-to for calming kids down? With states green-lighting the green stuff one after another, there's a new wave of marijuana-using millennials and open-minded parents in general who are more curious than ever before about giving marijuana- and hemp-derived oils to their kids and babies.
In one of the private mom groups I belong to on Facebook, there have been over 100 threads since October of 2017 around incorporating CBD into families, and there was an honest conversation unfolding between parents about an article that featured a CBD-infused hot chocolate recipe. Moms wanted to know if it was safe or not to serve it to their kids before bedtime. Moms shared their opinions that it's okay to use in smaller doses or for children with autism and anxiety who medically need it. There was a lot of curiosity around the topic — was it safe for all children or not?

I can tell they aren’t psychiatrists or neurologists.
ETA: Of course CT surgeons would be relying on meds since they’re never home with their kids.

I send my kids to Neverland to quiet them.

Doctors said they have been giving their 4-6 year olds CBD oil and it’s calming their children down and helping them focus
I calmed my kids down and made them focus at that age with a swift swat on the arse. Now they're both straight A students and never have to be told to do anything twice.
It's amazing how that works.
