For whatever reason, I’ve found the CVS near us has better inventory on the shelf vs Walgreens. It feels like it should be the other way around, as CVS is often a smaller store, but Walgreens doesn’t always restock what they’re supposed to carry.
An old school K&B would be crushing it right now.

There are competing stores across the street in my neighborhood.
I get my prescriptions at CVS, but I shop at Walgreens.

I just go to whichever one at that particular intersection is easiest to get into and out of.

Walgreens’ line is always so long. If you join the CVS rewards and shop wisely you can save money. I’ve gotten $40 of items I use regularly for under $10. More than once.

I’m the same way. I can tell you where a half dozen drugstores are around town, and I know they are either CVS or Walgreens, but I can only guess which one is what.

Same with Winn-Dixie. Went in the local one earlier this week and picked up 5 items. Left the checkout with a receipt about a foot and a half long. Damn thing just kept printing and growing as I waited for my change.
