Bought upholstered kitchen table chairs. Junk all the way around. Chair legs had problems. We gave them to Goodwill two years in.

We've gotten some great stuff, but there's definitely trash on there. Usually other people tell you about it in the reviews though.

Just got two accent chairs from there last week. Most of my friends' homes are decorated/furnished entirely from Wayfair.
It is nearly impossible to shop at furniture stores in person if you aren't into the typical south Louisiana old people look. Went to a few places before I ordered the chairs and nothing even came close to what I was looking for.

Just moved into a new house and bought a bunch of stuff off Wayfair. All good quality, great customer service.
One item went down in price the day after I ordered it. I called and they enthusiatically gave me the discount.

Bought a bed from Wayfair. I got home the day it shipped, and they had sent me 2 beds... Called them because I wanted to make sure they didn't have 2 orders. They said it was an error and to just keep the extra bed. We sold it on Facebook for $20 less than we bought it for.
Basically got a $20 bed off Wayfair
Its pretty nice too. At least no problems with it yet, and it looks good.
ETA: Just FYI though, the prices on the items on all those websites like Wayfair, Joss&Main, Overstock, etc. are constantly changing.... So as soon as you find something you like, just Google that exact product. Chances are it is cheaper at one of the other sites. We just bought a house, and I have probably saved myself over $200 by doing this. The bed mentioned above was found on J&M, but it was $50 cheaper on Wayfair.

I bought a faux leather sectional with 4 recliners in November. Bought it only seeing the online pictures and after chatting with their rep asking if it would fit in my living room. Quality was better than I expected. I paid extra to have it set up. Very pleased.

I would not hesitate to buy anything from Wayfair. I bought a nice patio set and it was quality. Have also bought a spa and a firepit. All excellent quality. Customer service has always been exceptional.
