I met Virginia Garrison at Que Sera one Wednesday after work in the early '90s. Over the course of our conversation I mentioned that I had read her father's book and thought it was very interesting. She didn't seem to be interested in that topic, so I didn't get any insider info on her dad's iinvestigation.

Nah. Any documents that would have proven a conspiracy have long since disappeared.

I’m not big on conspiracy theories but 3 things about this case bother me.

1. Oswald’s defection to the Soviet Union and subsequent return to the US without any legal hang ups. This surely would have been neigh on impossible during the heavy days of the Cold War. This doesn’t pass the smell test unless he was “sent” to the USSR.

2. Oswald’s relationship with George de Mohrenschildt. This mans background needs a lot more investigation.

3. Oswald’s shooting of JD Tippit. Tippit was known to work security details at some of the bars in Dallas that Ruby frequented. A detailed investigation into his background is needed.

Now that Bush Sr is dead shouldn’t they be releasing more documents? Why keep some sealed today?

The windshield for Kennedy's car was replaced. Why?
Witnesses claimed to see a bullet hole in the front windshield. Keeping the glass would allow forensics experts to determine if the bullet entered from the front or rear of the car. A front entrance would reveal a second shooter.

Wrong again.

The only bullet strikes were to windshield and chrome topping. These are in the National Archives

Bullet trajectory

One bullet hit concrete, one hit the grass, how he could make a bullet turn around 180 degrees and come back through the windshield of the car, or have one hit the chrome trim of the car, how the secret service was told to back off, who the shot on the film that blew his dead open ALSO somehow came from the back, but entered into the front of his head. All of these things have photo evidence too.

Yep all matches and points to Oswald

But none of that happened. Where are you getting your information from? The movie?

I posted earlier the study done on the film showing the lurch forward before the "back and to the left."

These responses are what i'm talking about. People are convinced the conspiracy is real. But it's not based on anything other than hollywood and conspiracy nuts. And these people that are sold on the conspiracy have no room to hear anything else.

I’m starting to think this is merit. Was coincidentally reading the other day how he squashed a false flag CIA op to carry out attacks on US military assets and civilians to justify going to war w/ Cuba. Operation Northwoods. Outrageous that that shite actually happened but no so surprising given what we now know about the lies our government is willing to spread to keep the population in check.

Garrison was a rogue prosecutor. He destroyed a man's life with zero credible evidence to back up his case. Shaw was easily acquitted but the damage had been done. It is scary to think that that mush power in one nut can go unchecked. If it happened to Shaw it could happen to any of us.

And what's more insane is the people who think the RFK murder was a conspiracy. People, the information that debunks all of your theories is out there. It's easily attainable. Read it.

It was late November. At the time of the assassination it was in the mid-60s, but had been mid-50s that morning.

I agree and this has always bothered me. How this occurred really indicates he was deeper in the govt. than indicated. I find it incredibly coincidental that someone who could transit between the countries like this and not be incarcerated in either as a spy just happens to shoot the president.

You should read the book instead of relying on a movie for your analysis and conclusion.

On the Trail of the Assassins is the book.

OK

Dude had concrete shards in his face, and people reported seeing a guy in the window on the opposite side of the depository. People also reported seeing Oswalt in the break room minutes after the shooting, as well as the photo below where it appears to be him in the crowd, so how could he get up there and line up the shot so quick?

Also George Bush being there after facial recognition software gives 50+ matches but him pretending that he didn't know where he was on that day. Everyone I know who is old enough to remember knows exactly what they were doing that day when they heard the news, but Bush couldn't remember?

I don't claim to know what happened that day. I do claim that whatever we are told happened, did not go down that way. At all. I believe the CIA and the Mob murdered JFK, then the CIA is in front on the cover up. This was not the lone act of some guy.

Oswald "thought" he was CIA, proven by the fact he called a high level CIA supervisor with his one phone call.

Witnesses said they saw Oswald and Tippet drinking together at Ruby's bar more than once. The time line of Tippets shooting is at odds with Lee's entering the theater.
