Peeping Toms become B&E’s, which becomes rape which becomes murder . With a high percentage of dudes trolling windows at 4am it’s just a matter of time. It’s a very aberrant guy who does crap like that - a time bomb .

I’m familiar with the owners, as that house is distinctive due to the statues out front.
