Rewarding someone who contributed to society for 30 years is what’s killing America?

Not handing out taxes to deadbeats that stay home and bbq and drink 40 oz on their porch while we work?

If they are 50 and retired that means they paid into the system for 20 or more years and are getting the minimum percentage in retirement. Not a big problem there.

Yep. Takes most state workers 40 years to be fully vested.

30 years = 75% of salary
40 years = 100% of salary

why are any of those people making over 200k? And you have to get to page 56 before you find a person under 100k.

Seriously, frick governemnt, yeah im jealous these people make a lot of money. But none of them need that much living in Louisiana.
