Anybody else having issues with Entergy's new online system?

Ever since they made that switch to their new online platform, I've been having issues...now it won't let me pay my bill because it says I have a $200 credit.

I did too. Went to a different link on Entergys main online page and got in. Give it a shot

I couldn’t successfully login to pay while out of town and the operator wouldn’t waive any phone payments fees. I hope they go bankrupt.

Yeah their new system is full of glitches. Complete failure by Entergy here.

I could not log in and had to request a new password. I never received the password but then my old one worked for me and I was able to pay my bill.

Yes the switch of systems was a clusterfrick for me.

I didn't realize I had to completely reset my entire autopay setup until I was already one month in the hole on payment.

To everyone having log in problems: I read the fine print after 2 hours of fustration, you will have to change your username to what your email address is. example: joeblow@bidensucks.com would be user ID now.
Also, before you attempt to change any log in info, clear your browser history first. If you are using an obscure browser switch temporarily to Google Chrome to create new login .
Hope this helps, and WRITE down all new ID & password!
