It’s so fricked up that I have been paying over the phone to pay the bill. They had a great setup before they destroyed it with that crap.

I had problems until yesterday. I had to get my password changed and enter a pin #. I wish that Entergy would have left well enough alone.

I've gone ahead and mailed mine about a week ahead of time two months in a row because of this crap. I figured they'd have it fixed by now.

I just renovated my house. I got the power transferred from the temporary pole to the house in April. Still haven’t gotten a bill. When I finally do, I’m gonna get bent.

Me.

I can’t logon to pay my bill.

It tells me my password is wrong, then asks me for a PIN after putting in my email address. I don’t have a PIN. Also, I regret letting them switch me to paperless billing. Maybe the PIN was on the bill??? I tried calling a few times about this, but I give up after being 20-30 minutes on hold.

The last 2 months I’ve used the ‘pay by phone’ method, but the assholes charge $2.95 extra.

So sick of this shite.

Same. And it was a PITA to wade thru all their BS. Make sure you sign up for their newsletters and promotions.

After hurricane Gustav, those clowns tried to charge me a $200 tampering fee. One of the crews working the downed power lines had pulled my meter because I was running a generator and when they re-installed it they put it back in upside down.....long story short .... I had to get the PSC involved.

I got around to calling their customer service number today....greeted with a message that said wait time is too long I had to call back or I could use automated system, got into the billing section of automated system and was told I had a $180 credit, so same thing online is telling me. I literally can't through to resolve this and I want to pay them money, wtf
