No, they learned a lesson. They learned just how bad they can frick up and still keep customers and turning profits.

The only thing AT&T cares about is dollars, so stop giving yours to them. Spend your money with companies that use it to improve their product. That's capitalism, folks. Nothing at all socialist about consumers demanding value for their money.

How's that working for you right now, unlimited streaming of nothing because the service is still a piece of shite. I wouldn't be complaining if I could throw up a hot spot and be streaming and using my laptop for work, but I'm stuck here barely able to get these posts to load

I haven't had a problem since the network came back up after Sunday. I have watched a few YouTube videos at my desk today, didn't have a problem loading.

I have relatives and friends with att I can't still reach. Bottom line is this - att needs to fix or repair this shite so their clients can stop botching about their shitty service and Verizon clients can stop laughing at those that continue to but up with att bullshite.
I have no skin in the game either way. I just know my shite works

Cox isn't much better at this point. At least ATT has service, limited as it may be in some areas. Large areas of LP are still without Cox internet.

Their service is excellent, but their support sucks. Bunch of Paki's with the name of Joe, who don't know shite.

No, WE are paying for it now.

When I first got a cell phone, Bell South Mobility had far and away the best coverage. Cingular wasn't quite as good, AT&T has steadily declined. Even during normal times, there are major dead zones in the heart of BR, and places like I-10 between here and New Orleans.

They've spent zip on Infrastructure, all the while throwing up retail stores on every corner. More retail stores, more phones, more load on their few towers, shitty service gets worse. Thankfully I switched my work phone to Verizon several years ago so I had a way to communicate

If the #makeitright people had uverse, they'd get unlimited data to begin with and nobody would need to make anything right. But these people are probably the ones who cant afford cable anyway so the uverse deal is out of the question.

You can't get uverse everywhere...

Granted if they had DirecTV they'd get the same unlimited deal.

My bill is the same today with ATT despite the message I received about a 50% credit. Called to discuss and was told that it would be 2 to 3 billing cycles before that credit gets added to the bill.

I'm seriously considering Verizon. I have family that lives in Central and I get 1 bar of 4g when I am in Central. Does anyone know if Verizon service is better in that area?
