Is there a way to get a live person? I tried to email them but it says that is not available at this time. Those rat frickers suspended my account. Thanks.

Somehow two wall safes were listed for sale under my account. I don't have any wall safes to sell. So, I removed them and changed my login info. Apparently, removing the items violated their stupid policy.

1-866-961-9253 used to work for me. You would eventually get a live person. The live chat function works the best...that way you have a written account of your conversation

I've always found that, unlike Amazon etc, you actually will get someone on the phone at ebay.

Nope. They say let me get you to a team member. Then you get an automated person spewing garbage then they disconnect.

I have found that the best way to get customer service these days is to contact them on Twitter. Yes, Twitter is still good for something.

Frankly, I'm tired of businesses with no phone numbers.
Contacted a company this past weekend using the form-fill on their website. Nothing as of yesterday so I messaged them on social media and got an auto response saying to fill out the form on their website. Still no help. *triggered*
