I'm going to guess he was texting as he ran this stop sign. Because getting where he's going and updating people on his morning bowel movement are way more important than his or anyone else's safety.

I've heard that if you just run over the stop sign and immediately down a fifth of any liquor you are not liable as well. The same with pedestrians and GD bicyclists. Happy motoring.

This is absolutely true. They are also putting braille writing on stop signs for blind drivers. So, if you see a stop sign without braille, then you can ignore it.

speaking of..
Five0 i got pulled over this am for running a stop sign in a subdivision. i was in a rolling group of about 6 cars who were not coming to a complete stop as we turned right at the sign (this is school traffic and cutting through the neighborhood before dropping our kids off).
how he singled me out from the 'parade' i'm not sure..dont even know where he came from..but he said the fine for a rolling stop is now $300
and he could have had my vehicle towed. he let me off with a warning but i did grab a pic.

$300, holy shite that is insane. I do not ticket anyone for doing things I do. That is chicken shite as hell. If we get a specific complaint, I'll stop cars and write warnings unless something else is up like no insurance our suspended license.
