File for separation. If she takes out a new Credit Card the debt is half yours. There is a typically a waiting period for divorce and it'll be longer if you have kids. Start it now.

Serious question for OT lawyers; This looks like an apartment complex. If a complaint was called in for whatever reason, is it possible that the apartment owners/management have given prior permission to enter any of the units. Do you have the same rights of home ownership if you are renting?

Gotcha on that one. I'm going for my 30th... with or without someone. Call me poor but I've never been able to afford traveling until recently and I have heard too many good things about that area to pass it up. It helps that I'm a diver... I can't stand sand though so I can care less what the actual beach looks like.
