I think it's a sharp watch. If you like it, who cares what other people think.

I wouldn’t hesitate for one minute to put my Rolex or Omega on one of these straps. They are made just fine.
There is a quality difference and enough I will pay an extra few dollars for. Normally I keep NATOs on my sports watches but occasionally I will put them on a Patek, Breguet or Lange and wear them Archie Luxury style.

Cause this one is on the market, and you have a reputation to uphold.

Mine still has the original strap.

Aqua Terra is one of my favorites and I have the one above so I say go for it. I have the bracelet but also have the black and orange band to pick up on the subtle orange on the face.

I REALLY like the Aqua Terra. Just not a fan of nato straps on them though. IMO, they look best with leather straps
It's not hard to change out straps.
If you really like nato straps, I think it looks much better on the Seamaster 300

You really can't beat a Calatrava for a pure dress watch.
I'm pretty sure that is a 2501 and I am guessing late 40s early 50s?

Omega are excellent watches. I prefer Omega to Rolex

Because you can look at your phone for the time?

I'm not a watch guy but FWIW I think it's a great looking watch.

Hey, do any of you watch experts know where to buy a nice leather band on line or in person?
I just bought a crocodile band on eBay for like $40. Pair that with a deployment clasp, and it looks pretty clean.

I have a Seamaster that is 23 years old now, still looks like new and never any issues.

Not sure you wanna swap bands on a watch with that much green accent in it. Unless you do something plain like silver, brown or black

Omegas are cool and subtle. Do it!
