Just remember, when you get pulled over and charged with DUI, that internet article is online for the rest of your life. Whether it was one beer and they dropped the charges or not. Obviously speaking from experience. And from then on you will be lumped in with the "driving the wrong way down the interstate with a BAC of .3" crowd when people see the arrest.

Have before, don’t anymore. My drinking is confined to my home unless someone not drinking is driving.

You aren't getting CONVICTED IN COURT from one beer. They will charge you all day long and the local paper will run the arrest report the following morning. Then that police report will be your number 1 google result forever.
