I was joking I think you will be ok. Cap's on the water sounds good. I am working weekends now be off of them in 3 weeks maybe then. Another option: Conch house if you feeling frisky.

I don't know my biological father. I've met him a few times since my parents divorced when I was 4. But he has no contact with me. Never has met my wife or my two children.
His loss. Not mine.

I feel the same about my father he has met my kids once. They are almost adults now so he missed out on some very good grandkids. I will definitely be there for my grandkids that is if the good Lord is willing.

That would be worse than your kid dying?

No. That's not even in the same realm. That's not "a fear" it's my job, my purpose. Don't be stupid.

Elaborate, Pimp. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that.

My wife grew up without a dad and still doesn't know who he is. The MIL gets pissy everytime the subject comes up.
My dad died in 1996 when I was only 16. I wish he could have lived to see me become a man and start my own family. He would spoil the hell out of his grandkids.

My dad passed when I was 17 (true story). I am the father to 3 wonderful children (true story). If you will allow me, I will be the father to all of you in this thread looking for a dad. As long as your mom is able and willing.

I'm sitting outside my Travel trailer at the lake with my wife and kids, fire going in the pit, cold bourbon and coke by my side, watching my little girl chase lighting bugs. Yes, it's a good Fathers Day to say the least. Hope it's a good one for you as well.

My dad died in a car accident right after my first birthday. I have no memory of him or my mother (she was killed in the same accident) at all.
You've said this before and it's so awful. I'm sorry, dude.
