Baw all you need to do is est alligator snapping turtle and Alligstors. Tasty and pretty close to dinosaurs I would say. First, Make a Roux.

I've eaten iguana. Caught, cooked and ate one while backpacking in Cuzumel. Lean white meat. Dry, not unlike chicken breast. I figure dinosaurs tasted like iguana.

Probably a bit gamey, texture of an alligator? Probably would want the roaming ones first. May taste a bit better with a little more fat. Predators will be tough unless you put that in the black pot for a while. Let that tissue break down.
