Wait, so it leaked years ago and then more guys took the chance again?

It may have subsequently gone overboard with security to prevent it from happening again, ironically causing it to be one of the most secure such services available.

was surprised to know several. If my memory serves me, around 15, some close, but mostly acquaintances or distant friend.

I don't know what percentage actually followed through with cheating, but I'd guess I wouldn't be surprised if half did.

Like you actually went through the list looking up the people you know?
That seems like a lot of work even if you're just ctrl+f'ing each name.

I knew a handful of people on it. A couple of notables:

A married couple that went to the church I grew up in… Inconclusive on whether it was an open relationship thing or if they arrived there independently.

Another guy I know was on it and this came out like 6 months after their wedding. Had a huge sit down with the in-laws and this ol boy looked his FIL and MIL in the eyes and told them their daughter wouldn’t frick like they used to, as in she wouldn’t let him get rough with her anymore. They were divorced within a year.

If I remember right, the list was alphabetical and you could filter by state and maybe even county/parish?

I was on it. I wasn't doing research. I bagged 3 or 4 chick's off it i think. I was already divorced by the time the list came out so no blow back from that. I was a pos man whore during my first marriage. Wife was a feminist bitch and kept running me off. I ended up spreading my seed all over.

I was young n stupid. Should have never got married to begin with.

It was a long arse time ago, but that's how I remember it.

I mean, it was a huge scandal at the time.

Alarm company called our office mgr for alarm, she caught him shagging or after shagging while popo cleared building.

Probably not many......at least from Ashley Madison. Wasn't it later determined that there were thousands of dudes, like 3 legit women, and a shitload of bots and fake profiles?

King said he snatched 3 from the site. I think there were bots for sure, but it sounds like it was also legit for real women.

I don't think bots were really a thing then. Seemed to be a lot of fake profiles. Profiles to get you to spend money sending messages lol. I had better luck from myspace/facebook/yahoo personals/hot or not.

Ex-FIL was on the AM list with one “encounter” IIRC.

Funniest: I saw a BR bar owner on it. I mean, c'mon dude, you're already working in the field and need AM?

Saddest: Dude, I went to middle school with who got expelled. He showed up on the list 5-7 times, one was with his Mom's credit card info. Yikes.

A couple of guys in our office were on the list. Nothing ever happened that I know of. One married, one single.

pretty sure the list had names and physical addresses on it when it came out.

It did. Somebody sent a copy of it to my wife and we saw two names of people we work with on it. Don't know if their wives found out or not.

I knew a guy on it. A former coworker. He had been separated for almost a year and a half when the hack information came out. He confided in me that he thought his wife was having an affair and was “looking for her”.

He traveled quite a bit for work and his wife would shuttle the kids to her mother’s house and disappear while he was gone.

It turns out, she really was cheating on him. However, she had caught the ghey and was having an affair with a woman—a coworker of hers. He’s remarried, and his ex-wife is still with the sapphic seductress.

Other than the initial sign up, he said his card wasn’t charged, which makes me want to believe him. He said he was on it for about two days. He was pretty broken up about his divorce before that information dropped. The hack was insult to injury.

Was banging the wife of a baw who was on it right after they split up.

Good friend of mine was also on it. He wanted me to take the heat for him after his wife’s sister saw his name on it.

This is what I heard. My friend claims he slept with one girl off of it, but I think he’s lying for getting duped by bots. So not sure what to believe.
