Mayor has been instructed by Pelosi or her associates to let Seattle burn. Rioters have been instructed by Pelosi or her associates to burn Seattle. She is goading the President to do something about it so she can have the narrative that President Trump hates peaceful protests etc. and over reacts.

This is a dream scenario for a lot of them. They get to crack skulls with no impunity. Why would they leave that to work a traffic beat in some suburban town?
