I'm surprised Merrick Garland and the DC goons haven't tried to stop this again on a federal level.

I kept waiting for the anti-StG crowd to try and formulate the issue into a federal question to go that route.

They may try but even a federal court will have to ask how the frick BR can claim St George as a tax colony by getting taxes from them but not providing services.

The federal govt doesn’t give a single iota of fricks about this. This isn’t some new unique thing happening here

Don't push me, baw. I'll post it 1000 times. After the meddling by an incompetent, attempted-thieving neighboring city, I feel it's warranted.

Freedom won today. If I was unfortunate to still be stuck in that OTHER city, I'd be putting a sign up and moving out to God's Country with the quickness.

Also, by the looks of it, you better do it soon. Your home value probably just dropped a tiny bit with this good news today. And I hate to tell you this - it's not gonna be going up anytime soon.

I know that. I expected desperate people like MOP to try and get into federal courts over racial issues or something similar.

You would think but the left ain't done yet. You know they still hold the riot card.

Don't count out a large uptick in violence and crime on the St George area soon.

No, they usually don't. However, in the world of race baiting politics, I could see this being brought up on a national level as some white v. black thing. I doubt it, but I also wouldn't be surprised.

Not that they can really do anything about it besides try to garner black votes by publicly shaming it.

Seems reasonable. People should celebrate the defeat of tyranny.

EBRPSO is far more likely to detain offenders or not press charges against citizens defending themselves than BRPD.

Please tell me what benefits? You wont, bc you can't.

paying taxes for things like BRFD, and BRPD even tho they don't cover the st george area is not ideal. What ab cats busses? I couldn't tell you the last time I've seen one in the st george area

Actually the state supreme court noted that more tax dollars left St. George before incorporation. They will keep more within their borders now.
