Yeah, day after this was banned, went to Barnes and Noble and bought a shite ton of books. If they can cancel Dr Seuss, then basically everything is on the table. When I went to check out the woman asked me if I was buying all these books due to Dr Seuss’ books being cancelled by the Estate. When I said yes, she says I’m overreacting since those books are actually offensive and should be banned since if I was Chinese how would you like to be called a racist slur. Well I responded with seeing as how I lived there for three years and heard a racial slur basically everyday, I’m not concerned about offending the Chinese when it comes to racism.
Terrifying a woman like that works at a bookstore. Again: buy physical copies of everything you hold dear. Max (Mel’s son) won’t retire the films like the Seuss’ did, but I’ll be shocked if Warner Bros doesn’t retire Blazing Saddles and the Producers a year or two after Mel Brooks’ death. If he had died five years ago, they’d already be banned. It’s only Mel’s beating heart that’s preventing them from this.

Why are they perpetuating stereotypes that soccer is a "sissy sport"? Kid in a dress kicking a soccer ball? Why couldn't it have been a football?!! That's my takeaway.
